Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of supporting the product strategy and change control process for our software products, contributing to the evolution of our tech solutions

Assist in overseeing the entire product development life-cycle, from ideation to launch, under the guidance of experienced leaders

Collaborate closely with operations, report to COO, technical support, engineering, and leadership teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and problem-solving

Support in building and maintaining relationships with external software engineering vendors, gaining valuable exposure to vendor management

Contribute actively to the development of our products, learning from seasoned professionals in high-pressure environments

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of software development processes and familiarity with agile methodologies

1-2 years of experience in software development or related field, eager to expand your knowledge and skills in a TPM role

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen interest in developing leadership capabilities

Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing concepts is a plus, with a willingness to learn and grow in these areas

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred; Postgraduate or Product Management certifications are advantageous
