Job Description
What you’ll do:
Function as internal product manager for the platform capabilities required for the US Federal security & certification needs.
Identify security gaps, design security controls and develop security programs for Cloud Platform.
Partner closely with IT Engineering, Security Operations, Engineering, Legal and Supply Chain teams to develop execution plans for security initiatives.
Drive companywide planning, road mapping, resourcing of the US Federal platform security and compliance initiatives.
Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts, define milestones and manage resources.
Track progress, roadblocks and potential risks of platform security initiatives and programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable Platform
Customer Analysis Understand your users and build a delightful customer experience. Be the voice of the customer to bring engineering, services and UX teams together on the customer journey
Roadmap Own product roadmap and manage the backlog through constant prioritization. Manage product management requirements coming from various cross functional teams.
Sales enablement Define target sales audience and guide content creation.
Manage product lifecycle of functionalities on Cloud Platform
Build the Go To Market strategy and communicate your product’s value proposition and drive adoption
The Technology
What you’ll need:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in the capacity of a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager or Security Engineer in domains of Security, Compliance or IT.
Hands-on experience in driving security programs such as identity & access management, authentication, authorization, threat Client, vulnerability management, endpoint/device security, network security or 3rd party risk management.
Experience with setting organization wide security programs (e.g. threat detection and response, vulnerability management, attack vectors) from ground-up.
Experience with driving implementation of security standards such FedRAMP, FIPS 140-2/3, NIST 800-171 / 800-53 / 800-37.
Highly experienced with Agile methodology, backlog planning and Product management process
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of public , private and hybrid cloud architectures Knowledge of Cloud networking and multi-cloud networking
Experience using public cloud offerings from AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to translate those skills into creative solutions.
Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer science or similar filed (or equivalent experience)

Product Management experience handling enterprise SaaS products
SecOps and cloud security experience
Secure software development lifecycle experience
Management or Technology consulting experience
Knowledge of onboarding new services on a SaaS platform using common set of platform services
Ability to drive initiatives across multifunctional organization and align diverse stakeholders towards common outcome
