Primary Responsibilities Own customer outcomes related to helping customers find what they’re looking for through our search experience, applying a customer-centric mindset to all product features and user stories Own the roadmap for our search experience and communicate it clearly across the organization. Identify, define, prioritize and test hypotheses across discovery and delivery tracks using everything from user interviews to online a/b tests. Determine how and when to use online testing, user interviews, or any other methods for identifying and validating opportunities and reducing risks of development. Work with stakeholders to understand our users, products, and business goals in order to deliver a search experience which delights our customers while driving business value Track, understand, report on, and quantitatively improve our search experience. Coordinate with development team to implement new features and functionality and address technology gaps to drive a best-in-class features Manage the Legrand | AV Coveo search platform including reporting, pipelines, machine learning models, search conditions, facets, as well as development of new functionality Leverage untapped functionality in the Coveo platform to implement new experiences like product and content recommendations, etc. Develop and maintain product and feature documentation to support ongoing support and administration of the product Regularly partner with Product Data, UX/UI, Web Development, Marketing, Product Management, Business Intelligence and other Cross-functional teams Prepare and coordinate regular product demos with stakeholders and end users Other responsibilities as assigned PositionRequirements 3+ Years of experience in web product management, 1+ years related to online search Experience with creating and interpreting analytics and complex analysis Ability to prioritize and consistently meet project timelines Ability to partner, influence, and instill trust with mid-level business leaders Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate across all levels of organization Experience working with agile scrum development teams Familiarity with a/b testing.
