The Role

We are transforming technology and creating a digital evolution that will empower Centene to better serve our members. The Product Manger you will be working with AWS migration for telephony in a highly visible role working with cross functional teams.

As Product Manager, you will

• Oversee the development and management of company products.
• Drive ongoing definition, integration, and enhancement of selected company products and assess the performance of existing products to ensure market expectations are met.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and services to improve clinical and financial performance to better align with competitive markets
• Design, develop and manage new and existing products from initial conception through service delivery
• Create detailed project plans, support product pricing efforts, and determine client reporting specifications
• Review product performance and outcomes based on cost and benefit analyses and make recommendations for product improvements
• Be a self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and flexible hours

Additionally, You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in related area or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product and services development and management, including experience with assigned product(s).
• Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
• Call Center management background preferred
• Understanding of Agile methodology preferred
