Product Manager (Remote)

We are reimagining the medication ordering process to deliver a robust solution to solve health systems’ most complex, and acute ordering problems related, but not limited to:

• Internal transfers to balance organizational need and safety with operational & labor costs
• Wholesaler orders while balancing supply chain disruptions
• Regulatory requirements for 340B, controlled substance and compounding

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs and collaboration with subject matter experts
• Collaborate with your product peers to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own the successful delivery of your roadmap and co-own the success of the overall products
• Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies
• Build effective relationships that matter with engineering, design, QA and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop communications material, value propositions, and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externally
• Develop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products and products in development and conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solution
• Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team as part of the release planning process

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Understands the industry, market, and product/service trends affecting the organization’s competitiveness
• Keeps abreast of business, industry and market information that may reveal business opportunities
• Excellent user empathy and desire to discover and fulfill needs for both external and internal customers
• Exceptional written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Expert on feature, product development
• Fluency in common tools Aha, JIRA, TFS, Adobe XD, Figma, etc..
• Knack for data, and ability to synthesis large data sets to drive insights

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years product management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building healthcare products
• Knowledge of hospital pharmacy operation

Work Conditions:

• Up to 20% Travel
• Remote U.S. based role
