Join our Product team a Product Manager, where you will drive the strategy and execution of key initiatives that strengthen CVS Caremark’s Rebate Utility business. This high impact team manages rebates for our Caremark clients. Here, you will work with several cross-functional groups across Caremark, such as Trade, Sales, Underwriting, and Finance to execute and develop recommendations that are designed to strengthen our approach and management to better serve these clients. You will also monitor performance of the business and it’s clients, and communicate progress to internal partners and leaders.

Additionally, you will:
Develop and execute recommendations with internal, cross functional teams to strengthen our approach and management to better serve Rebate Utility clients. Support preparation of internal (monthly) cross-functional meetings around the clients and lead follow-up actions Build and publish internal reporting based on monitoring of critical metrics and progress in implementing recommendations Support in answering both internal and client queries around the business and work with appropriate internal teams on an ongoing basis to reach solutions
To be successful, you will act strategically to seek problems, proactively identify risks, and align with internal partners to drive initiatives and deliver on key objectives. The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success dealing with this type of fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems and maintaining a customer-centric approach. Your strong analytical and critical thinking, as well as your ability to build strong relationships, will also be critical to your success

Required Qualifications

5 years’ of work experience required (Graduate level education may substitute) Experience in project management, underwriting/analytics, finance, or operations required

Preferred Qualifications

Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience preferred Master’s degree
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
