In this role, you will focus on the development of consumer-facing websites and other digital avenues of media. With 2 web developers reporting to you, technical proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with the team. You will be responsible for managing multiple products, aligning stakeholders, maintaining roadmaps, and contributing to the overall product roadmap.   • Manage project scope, development, and impact while contributing to the product roadmap.
  • Lead a team in the development of multiple products, fostering collaboration and ensuring goal achievement.
  • Align stakeholders on delivery scope and prepare for product launches.
  • Maintain and regularly review the product roadmap with stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships and balance competing priorities.
  • Operate independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Meet agreed-upon time frames and target dates.
  • Set clear priorities, contribute to backlog maintenance, and engage in day-to-day tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate and share knowledge within the team.


  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of product experience in the media or publishing industry with a Product Management title.
  • Expertise in Scrum Agile methodology and experience working in a scrum environment.
  • Superior ability to manage and grow multiple web and mobile products concurrently.
  • In-depth knowledge of subscription platforms, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for organizing, tracking, and measuring technical work.
  • Expert-level experience leading a product and development team in a lean and agile product development environment.
  • Strong technical fluency in application technologies and expert-level use of data analytics to understand product usage and identify new opportunities.
