About The Role
Peloton is looking for a Product Manager to join the Platform team of our eCommerce product org. The Platform team’s goal is to deliver best in class experiences and internal systems that power Peloton’s subscription and sales goals through capabilities that stretch across the entire customer purchasing journey. This role will primarily focus on improving the post-purchase user experience across shipping eligibility, delivery scheduling, order management, fulfillment, and member support.
This position will own the discovery, prioritization, and execution of large scale projects that are either new undertakings (0 to 1) or significant improvements (1 to N) on existing systems on behalf of our business. You will work on a fast-paced, cross-functional agile team to take ideas from inception to launch.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and track record of delivering platform products that serve multiple customers (both internal and external) and the ability to prioritize tradeoffs between best-in-class design capabilities and opportunities to reduce organizational complexity, improve operating margin, and ensure future system reusability.

Base Salary: $136,300.00 to $177,300.00
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position
based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
