About The Role
Integration Product Manager
You will be directly responsible for establishing and implementing the product vision for the integration of diverse and disparate systems for value-creating data- and work-flows across our products, prioritizing integration through APIs and microservices.
What This Role Involves/responsibilities
- Assess the current state of integrations and opportunities and methods to prioritize, accelerate and improve integrations
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs, develop roadmaps, integration standards and best practices
- Establish future-oriented integration technology and architecture
- Define and structure the roadmap for the API and Microservice platform
- Communicate the roadmap to teams across the organization
- Ensure the buy-in from management and create a pull effect for developers
- Contribute to solution architecture for projects across business areas
- Support & enable the strategic transformation projects.
- Champion the voice of the customer; establish one-to-many customer and partner forums for product feedback; engage deeply and personally with customers, partners, and the field
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to achieve the product vision.
- Establish OKRs to ensure your initiatives achieve their goals
Education And Experience
- This position is well suited for a person with relevant skills in technology or product with an interest in a collaborative role.
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy
- Proven ability to influence at various levels and to foster highly collaborative and inclusive product development environments that achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong understanding of how technology provides value for business cases
- Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, containerization and related technologies
- Understanding of agile methodology and a customer-first mindset
- Passionate about technology, solution-oriented and hands-on
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical area (architecture, engineering, or computer science) is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle technical product management, taking a data-driven, customer-centric design approach
