About The Team

The Product Enablement (PE) department is a highly interdisciplinary part of Cisco Meraki. We craft world-class learning solutions that build knowledge and help Meraki users achieve their outcomes. We do this by developing and delivering learning solutions that make Cisco Meraki technologies more accessible to everyone.

The Opportunity

Cisco Meraki is seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager who cares deeply about the user, sees the big picture, builds effective partnerships, and is committed to delivering results!

As a Learner Experience Product Manager on the Meraki Product Enablement (PE) team, your goal will be to make product training an intrinsic part of the Meraki product experience for Cisco customers and sellers and lead the evolution of our learner experience!

In this role, you will not own a product platform; instead, you will act as a strategic force and orchestrator, working with product managers, designers, UX researchers, and engineers across Cisco to understand and validate user needs; articulate and own our feature roadmap to weave learning throughout Cisco’s platform ecosystem. You will keep us agile, identifying and focusing the team on the highest-impact features to build engaging and learner-centric experiences.

Actively discover and advocate for the learning needs of Meraki users.Own, prioritize, and communicate Meraki’s Learner Experience (LX) roadmap.Align and lead cross-functional teams to work efficiently towards the same goals.Consistently deliver high-value learner experience platform integrations and improvements.Seek out and join forces with teams across the Cisco organization to simplify and unify our product and product training experience.Be the expert on Cisco’s learner experience and digital user experience strategy.

Who You Are

5+ years of proven experience in a Product Management role with a focus on digital experiences and learning design in a large B2B or SaaS setting.Highly knowledgeable about user experience design, edtech, and digital learning technologies.A systematic thinker who can work effectively with technical teams to guide complex integrations between platforms.Strong quantitative skills, with an analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving.Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to lead with influence.Passionate about understanding and advocating for the needs of your users.Highly collaborative with a strong bias for action.

Compensation Range:

$109,500—$214,100 USD

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate’s hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Applicants may not be eligible for the full salary range based on their U.S. or Canada hiring location. U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
