Product Manager – Medical Billing (Remote)

Are you a Passionate Product Manager looking to Transform Healthcare? If so, Enliven Health, A Division of Omnicell Inc. has the role for you. The selected individual will be responsible for the product lifecycle management which spans a range of strategic and tactical responsibilities that evolve as a product matures. At various levels, the product manager must be able to understand and represent the voice of the market to various stakeholders and drive decisions, strategies, and lead-based on this knowledge. The Product Manager role will lead ideation and execution for medical billing solutions (a critical product area of the overall Enliven Health platform). This position can be located anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs and collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with your product peers to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Own the successful delivery of your roadmap and co-own the success of the overall products
  • Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies
  • Build effective relationships that matter with engineering, design, QA and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop communications material, value props and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externally
  • Develop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products and products in development and conduct effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solution
  • Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team as part of the release planning process
Required Knowledge And Skills
  • Understands the industry, market, and product/service trends affecting the organization’s competitiveness
  • Keeps abreast of business, industry and market information that may reveal business opportunities
  • Works cooperatively with others to produce innovative solutions communicating effectively across different organization levels
  • Use common tools to create, mockups, stories, and roadmaps
  • Finds way to measure and track customer satisfaction effectively throughout the product development
  • Recognizes the business concerns and perspectives of others
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 or more years of product management experience
  • Medical billing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or Retail Pharmacy
  • HIPAA/ HITECH
  • Software as a Service Experience
Travel
  • 10% – 20% Quarterly as planning teams and infrequent visits to customer sites
  • This position is 100% US Remote in location

Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Colorado only, expected pay is $99, 425 – $130,000. Benefits can be found on .
