Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who can own the end-to-end product lifecycle of software integrations we build for our security platform. This starts with a deep understanding of the use case, an appreciation of the technology involved, the ability to inspire our engineers to address the need, and the passion to help product marketing evangelize our solution. You will be working closely with your fellow Product Managers, our Engineering teams (both in-house and outsourced), our Partnership team, our Sales Engineering team, and Product Marketing. For customer facing-teams like Sales Engineering, you’ll be responsible for ensuring they are empowered to communicate the value of our products to the market, from writing blogs to giving webinars to speaking at industry events.

About You

You think technology is pretty cool. Every day a cool new product hits the cybersecurity space and our customers are eager to get their hands on them. You’re excited by what other vendors in the space are working on and can’t wait to see what innovative use cases they can enable. You like puzzles. Going from a customer need to new technology to our platform is not always a straight path. You are energized by the idea of solving this puzzle and figuring out the best way to solve a user’s problem based on a potential new integration. You prefer to chart a course rather than be micromanaged. You will be an expert in our platform’s technology and the technology of our integration partners. We trust our experts and expect you to help your colleagues determine the best course of action.Show and Tell was your favorite school subject. As cool as technology and our solutions are, we really want to make sure that others can and will use them. You love talking ad nauseum about the solutions you help bring to market and are driven by helping others in sales and marketing success to do the same. You’re invigorated by your team. We want to create a team where members are free to take interpersonal risks, challenge each other’s assumptions, and help each other succeed. It’s not just about having “mandatory fun” at happy hours, it’s about wanting the best for each other.Brass tacks. You have experience in owning and managing products in the cybersecurity space. You are opinionated and have good ideas, but you also value logic and reason and are willing to change your stance when presented with better arguments. You are able to multitask effectively and switch between tasks quickly to keep projects moving forward. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and be both a thinker and a doer. You are comfortable working closely with the lead integrations engineer and other team members to ensure success. In this role, you’ll get to…
