    Your New Role…

    This role joins CNN Digital’s Commerce team in building features and user experiences that help millions of people make better shopping decisions. As Product Manager II, Commerce , you will lead the charge on features that drive business growth and revenue for Commerce, the fastest growing departments at CNN Digital which oversees CNN Underscored, CNN Coupons and the CNN Store.

    Your Role Accountabilities…

    • Lead the R&D squad on the commerce team, dedicated to building features that boost offsite revenue, growing out our booming Money vertical, Coupons site, licensing, distribution, multi-platform marketing campaigns, technical SEO, bot mitigation and on-site APIs for optimizing our pricing and merchant promotions
    • Take ownership of backend-driven and automation-focused commerce initiatives like APIs, databases, third party integrations and analytics tracking systems
    • Build unique user and business value for Commerce by proposing, defining, and executing creative, future-thinking features that truly make CNN’s commerce offering best-in-class
    • Uphold a standard of excellence for our product performance and user experience by conducting careful User Acceptance Testing for all new releases
    • Collaborate with stakeholders like Business Development, SEO, Revenue Insights and more to get after the biggest monetization opportunities together and address critical issues
    • Set key performance metrics and OKRs to define success of offsite revenue projects, help to manage a Product Roadmap and establish sprint priorities for your squad

    Qualifications & Experience…

    • 2+ years in product management
    • Experience leading a squad of engineers and designers independently, as well as working in collaboration with other product managers towards a common goal
    • Ability to work with engineers to take a nebulous problem, discuss its opportunities and tradeoffs, and distill it down to defined requirements and actionable solutions
    • A penchant for technical, back end-driven initiatives like building out APIs, databases, third party integrations and analytics tracking systems
    • Strong “get it done” attitude with a bias towards action
    • Demonstrated history of exceptional accountability and a commitment to timelines
    • Positive attitude to add to our collaborative, good-natured product development culture

    In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $98,007.00 – $182,013.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
