We have an exciting opportunity for a product leader to join us specializing in AI products. If you’re passionate about product development and creating exceptional AI experiences, we invite you to help lead our talented team of engineers and designers. Your work will shape and influence experiences powered by AI that impact millions of users in the HR sector daily. Your mission is to empower our customers with AI-driven insights and solutions, all while creating a more enjoyable, connected, and personalized user experience.
You will oversee creative experiences that leverage AI to help our customers and their employees access the information they need, surface insights, kick-off workflows, and make better decisions. We’re looking for an individual who can confidently lead complex discovery work around AI products, collaborate with design, engineering, and AI team members to bring innovative solutions to market, and iterate on our vision and strategy. Experience in developing AI products and working with machine learning, LLMs, and AI tools is a significant plus.
What will you be doing?
Develop a profound understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the AI domain through research and regular interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. Clearly define and frame customers’ challenges for your team while prioritizing opportunities for improvement. Consistently deliver high-value AI solutions aimed at improving user behavior and outcomes for our customers and BambooHR. Strategically manage the AI product roadmap by capturing input from various sources, comprehending and prioritizing this input, ensuring your team focuses on the most impactful AI projects. Work with other product managers to evangelize, discover, educate, and plan AI experiences across various product areas. Possess the ability to comprehend and communicate technical requirements effectively. Transform these requirements into actionable specifications for your engineering team. Collaborate with your team to think creatively, envisioning future AI solutions that effectively address identified challenges and improve our competitive positioning. Define solution scopes to their most compact and coherent state, allowing for early customer deployment. Regularly assess the effectiveness of your AI solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures to ensure they successfully address the identified challenges. Take full responsibility for the quality and excellence of the AI product areas your team manages, contributing to shaping the overall AI product strategy and vision. Inspire and lead a team of dedicated, intelligent professionals to achieve their career best, fostering a culture of excellence.
