As the home product manager for the Central Region, you’ll be responsible for identifying and executing a strategic plan to position your states for long-term success. You’ll oversee state-level profit and loss ownership while managing the catastrophe exposure in your state. You’ll partner with a product analyst, and work closely with Pricing, Research and Development, and the Catastrophe modeling teams.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Math/Actuarial Science or related field (Statistics), or a bachelor’s degree and experience analyzing and interpreting quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on that data
  • Five years property casualty insurance experience or related experience (analytical work in a professional setting)

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Property (homeowners) experience with five or more years of profit and loss results ownership
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic orientation for this highly quantitative position.
  • Ability to analyze, develop, and manage strategies to penetrate competitor markets to successfully manage results in the presence of uncertainty and volatility.
  • Action oriented with superior problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions despite imperfect or incomplete data

Compensation

  • $109,300 – $156,100/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Participation in our restricted stock units plan
