Purpose
Resp & Qualifications
Develops and Implements strategy for the company’s product line and is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining the product vision. Works with Product Owners, IT, Solutions Architecture, and other stakeholders to prioritize product and customer requirements against the organization’s vision and goals, customer service business strategy and product roadmap, and value drivers. Partners closely with engineering to ensure we deliver winning products that meet Plan and member needs. Oversees the product roadmap development process ensuring it includes the UX, design teams, operations managers, engineering managers, and finance teams. Confirms project deadlines with support from the product owners and delivery team to ensure the product development stages meet internal and external stakeholders’ expectations. Represents and champions products internall and externally. Also, provides timely and accurate communication of updates to the product’s overall deployment. Reports on product performance using latent and predictive data to confirm that product performance meets high-reliability standards. Ensures overall product success.

Qualifications
Education Level:Â Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience:Â 10 years experience product management and/or product owner experience.
