The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive product roadmap for the AutoCruitment patient recruitment portal, aligning it with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
Job DutiesAs a Product Manager you will be responsible for:Requirements Definition and Communication: Define and prioritize clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, effectively bridging the gap between the users, designers and software development teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, software developers, clinical research professionals and internal service delivery teams, to deliver innovative digital products and features of exceptional quality.Agile Product Delivery: Collaborate closely with the software development team to prioritize the product backlog, participate in sprint planning, and facilitate agile development processes, ensuring punctual delivery of top-tier products.Data-Driven Insights: Conduct thorough research, perform data analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify and capitalize on opportunities for enhancing and optimizing the product.Life Sciences Industry Expertise: Stay attuned to trends in clinical research, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics, focusing on optimizing and improving the portal’s functionality and user experience.User-Centric Advocacy: Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices across the organization, ensuring that products conform to accessibility, usability, and compliance standards.Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and execute impactful go-to-market strategies, successfully launching new products and features while assessing their impact on business goals.Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Monitor and analyze vital KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue, taking proactive steps to improve and optimize these metrics.
Education and Experience7+ years’ experience in software product managementTrack record of delivering successful consumer-facing digital products and features that align with business objectivesPreferred experience in healthcare, life sciences and clinical researchBachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or design
