Ankr is hiring a Growth Product Manager to help optimize surging demand for web3 infrastructure and help grow between the critical phase of $10M and $100M ARR. Your primary mission is to create and optimize acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies across a growing product suite.
This position reports directly to our VP of Product based in the US Eastern time zone. You’ll work closely with global engineering, developer advocacy, product marketing, and UX design teams to accomplish this mission and be part of a highly autonomous but execution-oriented culture.
If you’re passionate about blockchain tech and want to dive deep into the web3 ecosystem, this is an excellent opportunity to do both as you’ll work with Ankr’s existing customers and partners, including some of the most well known projects in the space. Ankr not only supports 30+ blockchains, we also serve customers across the entire web3 ecosystem including DeFI, NFT exchanges, CeFI exchanges, payments, and more.
The ideal candidate has a SaaS or growth background, either in the scale up stage of a startup or growth phase of a new product line in enterprise or cloud computing.
Strategy Development: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. User Acquisition and Conversion: Develop and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, and content marketing. Optimize conversion funnels to maximize user sign-ups and engagement. Product Optimization: Collaborate closely with the product development team to identify product features and enhancements that can drive user growth and engagement. Translate insights from user feedback and data analysis into actionable improvements. Retention and Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance user retention and engagement. Implement personalized onboarding experiences, email marketing campaigns, and in-app notifications to keep users actively using the product. Data Analysis: Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to track user behavior, measure the success of growth initiatives, and generate actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure the seamless implementation of growth strategies. Clearly communicate objectives, requirements, and timelines to ensure successful project execution. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
