As a Product Manager with Infinicept, you will help us build innovative products targeted at helping clients automate their boarding process or reducing their business’ risk across many verticals. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and owning the strategy for all new products and features.

Who You Are:

You are comfortable making trade-off decisions for prioritization. You know how to make decisions with loads of ambiguity. You know how to say “no.” You have a proven track record of delivering features that delight customers.

You also:

• Familiarity in working with third-party organizations
• Work directly with engineering teams to define and prioritize product backlogs
• Work with product marketing to launch new products and features
• Define and execute a strategic product roadmap to guide the organization within your product area
• Create effective wireframes that adhere to design standards
• Experience in implementing beta and launch activities with both internal teams and external customers
• Responsible for keeping stakeholders updated on key milestones within the product lifecycle
• You don’t wait for direction; you take initiative where necessary
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
• Not afraid to talk to customers, identify their pain points, and come up with solutions
• Work with cross-functional teams for feedback and new product ideas
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Keep up to date with market and technology trends and competitive offerings

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in product management of high-tech B2B SaaS products and technologies
• 3+ years’  experience in Fintech
• 3+ years in payments payment facilitation, merchant acquiring, payment gateways, ACH processing and funding
• A keen sense of business – the ability to understand market trends and consumer requirements, build business cases to justify your analysis, and design and prioritize features to fit the market needs
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles as it relates to our onboarding and underwriting for merchants
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of merchant application processing, underwriting, and risk management processes
• Strong ability to successfully operate within an Agile/Scrum environment as a product owner

Work Environment

Work in a typical office environment with other staff speaking on phones or engaging in limited team conversation. The role will involve long periods of stationary movement and frequent use of computers and other hardware. Physical efforts to carry out job duties may include some standing, bending, lifting, limited stretching, and reaching.
