As a Product Manager for BLR’s EHS solutions, you will own, manage, and execute the product roadmap to drive value for our customers. Combining analytical experience, business acumen, and a background in technology or SaaS, you will identify high-impact opportunities to improve this product line through optimization and innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally between Marketing, Sales, Content, and Client Success to bring products to market, as well as participate in high-level strategy planning and prioritization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Define both long-term strategy and short-term plans to achieve the product vision and deliver business resultsAssess the needs, opportunities and pain points for our environmental health & safety (EHS) market to enhance relevancy, utility and value proposition for existing service lines, as well as launch new productsShare P&L responsibility for your assigned solutions(s)Validate and present business cases, pricing strategy and sales model for assigned product linesSpecify product requirements and/or enhancements based on market and competitive researchCommunicate regularly with customers and prospects to define and identify information needsStay on top of and analyze market trends, segments, size and buyer behaviorWork with marketing and sales to define the go-to-market strategy and articulate a product’s value propositionReview product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to product, positioning and/or strategy to improve performance
Additional Responsibilities:
