Summary
Picture yourself as our Dozer expert for development and marketing activities to drive sales and support for the new Develon Dozer. You will support internal teams (marketing, parts, service, warranty, and manufacturing) as well as external stakeholders such as our Dealers and other customers as related to the Dozer product and markets.

DUTIES
- Develop and conduct product training activities to support dealer Sales Specialists and Develon Field Marketers.
- Support dealer Sales Specialist and the Company’s Field Marketers with ongoing product support.
- Support dealer development team in other efforts to improve dealer performance.
- Gather comprehensive voice of customer analysis to support product development activities.
- Lead market research activities to understand customer needs.
- Provide Marketing Plan, product specs and features to Product Management for completion of the Business Plan.
- Collaborate across teams to support attachment products, creation of maintenance & service materials, and identify needed aftermarket accessories/kits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related field.
- Successful candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience with hands-on equipment operation within the heavy industry or related (mining, construction, or agricultural).
- You have fantastic communication skills and a team/results-oriented focus.
- You’re comfortable speaking in front of groups ranging from 5-100 people.
- You like to travel 25% – 50%
