Job Description

As a Product Manager in Firmwide Core Deposits Product team you will work cross-functionally to drive business outcomes while putting end users front and center. You will act as a feature product analyst and lead development for platform functionality and successful software products that serve multiple client segments.

The Firmwide Core Deposits Platform and its health impacts our customers and their financial lives by ensuring our customer’s financial position is accurate by processing monetary inputs from all channels, calculating fees (non-sufficient funds/overdraft, interest, penalties, waivers) and posting to various ledgers. You address stability, security, and scalability to lessen downtime and reduce impact to our customers and call centers through continued modernization efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of enhancements to the Firmwide Core Deposit platform throughout agile software development lifecycle (gather/write business requirements, translate into stories, prioritize work to achieve highest business values, working E2E testing, launch, defect management, and production monitoring)
  • Drive solutions across the organization; working with various lines of businesses, design, legal, operations, finance, and Agile technology teams to prioritize and deliver the Firmwide Core Deposits book of work
  • Pore over data, customer feedback, and customer research and use all the key insights to create compelling product/experience proposals and to influence internal stakeholders
  • Continuously seek to find a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, while managing the product delivery timeline
  • Manage work in a highly organized, flexible manner, while staying focused on critical scope
  • Develop end to end customer journeys
  • Drive the product towards creating maximum value for our clients
  • Review product roadmaps that align to the product vision
  • Synthesize large amounts of information in order to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct and adapt, and constantly iterate on your approach
  • Work in a global, organizationally complex, fast-paced and cross-functional environment

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities

  • 5+ years of product experience and a proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products through agile delivery that span multiple consumer touch-points and form factors
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team delivers high value features
  • Experience delivering product roadmaps
  • Leader of collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)
  • Customer-centric focus; keeps rapport with end users
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes and systems
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Ability to use Ab Initio for discovery of file processing and data manipulation
  • Proficient in JIRA and Confluence
