TechTarget is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager responsible for supporting our Sales-Quality Lead portfolio, a division of our Demand Generation Suite and a vital component of our overall business. Reporting to the Vice President, Demand & Integrated Portfolio, this individual will join a growing Product/Product Management team and support the VP of Sales & Sales team for the IT Deal Alert portfolio suite. The ideal candidate is collaborative, diplomatic, and detail-oriented with a proven history of guiding cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes. Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with Sales Quality Lead team; consisting of Products, Sales, Customer Success & Product Operations to oversee product enhancements and develop strategy
- Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with the SQL team and sales organization
- Rep training and enablement: Develop and execute training curriculum for TechTarget Sales team, across the globe for Sales Quality Lead portfolio, dedicated focus on enablement of EMEA & APAC sales teams
- Sales Quality Lead health monitoring: revenue analysis, renewal tracking and analytic support for quarterly business updates
- Customer success, product perception management: interview our Product Specialists and clients to identify customer successes, communicate wins both internally and externally
- Ongoing management of Sales Quality Lead post sale enablement cadence to further increase Client Rep product usage and ongoing optimization of client perception shaping and objection handling strategies, to support Product Sales Specialists & Customer Success, Sales Enablement team
- Liaise between Sales, Customer Success & Product Operations to ensure pre and post sale operational processes result in positive customer experience
- Work cross functionally with other departments in order to ensure smooth delivery of product enhancements and features – including, but not limited to internal training/support
- Be the subject matter expert for our Sales Quality Lead portfolio
Knowledge/skills Required
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Detail oriented with a strong ability to manage and execute simultaneous projects and tasks, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate a must, demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have competing goals
- Self motivated with a high level of initiative. Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
- B2B technology and SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
- Bachelors degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MSFT office products
