We are addressing one of the biggest supply chain challenges of our time and bringing our innovative Perception, AI/ML technologies, and a SAAS business model to customers’ warehousing and distribution yards. We offer a one-stop automation solution for our customers, combining the ISEE full-stack autonomous driving software with our custom hardware solutions.ISEE is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous work experience in software product management, preferably AV/robotics.Role Responsibilities Include:

• Own one or several product lines and drive the product roadmaps for those autonomous vehicle capabilities
• Work closely with engineering leaders to ensure alignment and clear prioritization of customer needs and the tech roadmap
• Define product requirements and features for specific autonomous vehicle platforms and subcomponents
• Work with customers to understand their specific needs and help customer’s build their internal business case. Communicate ISEE’s value proposition, product differentiation, and delivery and rollout plan
• Gather customer requirements, conduct focus group sessions and customer interviews
• Conduct user studies for various robotics infrastructure platforms
• Define and support customer pilots and other key demonstrations
• Analyze customer data to understand key metrics/KPIs and insights to shape the product; understand customer’s workflows, cost, and issues encountered
• Communicate overall ISEE system performance metrics to internal engineering and business teams; benchmark these metrics to company goals and OKRs

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business/econ/engineering required
• MBA degree is prefered
• Logistics/warehouse industry preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a product manager required
• Must have previously launched a SaaS or robotics or hardware product

• Excellent communication skills: able to communicate complex ideas in an organized and coherent manner to a non-technical audience
