This company in the agricultural FinTech space is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. They provide an innovative platform that uses artificial intelligence and technology to increase the access for farmers to more affordable credit, as well as enabling lenders to invest in credit portfolios that meet their risk-return preference. They deploy an advanced machine learning and analytics system over relevant agronomic, market, and financial data to solve challenges for sustainable financing. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field Experience bringing financial products to launch 4+ YOE as a Product Manager or Owner in a related field Familiarity with the agricultural/farming space Proven experience in SCRUM or agile environment What You Will Be Doing

Lead the development and launch of new products Drive the product roadmap for the company’s existing flagship product Assist and utilize user research to better understand the pain points of farmers and lenders Train sales teams on product knowledge, differentiation, and market positioning The Offer
