Kforce has a client in Seattle, WA that is looking for a Product Manager. Overview: The client is looking for a Product Manager to be part of a team of Product Managers responsible for assisting in defining, launching, and scaling core shopping strategies. This role partners closely with marketing, tech, and cross-organizational teams to prioritize and develop the customer-centric strategies that improve the shopping experience. This role will pair rich data analytics using SQL with customer research to identify unmet needs that can be addressed with progressive, incremental investments. The PM contractor is responsible for identifying unmet customer needs and doing customer research on opportunity sizing, what is the core customer problem that they are trying to solve. This can include both qualitative and quantitative user studies in order to dig into what he customer problem really is and taking those learnings to translate them into a product road map to then identify the best path to meet those customer needs. This role specifically is to help support one of the Sr Product Managers in building their roadmap for two specific customer problems they have identified. The contractor will support in the internal data analysis, performing ability studies, and helping the team to ad hawk reporting for program performance, and how they are tracking on goals. Team: The broader org is Fashion and Fitness. This team sits within the Marketing Growth and Creative org. so less on the core business side (vendor management) but more on the marketing side. They oversee both sides of the business (fashion and fitness) and look for opportunities where there are core customer needs that are unmet that they are able to address and make progress through small incremental investments. This will be primarily with improving the discovery of selection.
Requirements
Product Manager: 2+ years of experience SQL inquires/Tableau +1 years of experience Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data: 1+ years of experience Proficient in SQL User driven research Experience or strong interest in programming and analyzing qualitative and quantitative studies Analytical/slightly creative role: relay heavily on an analytical mind set look at multiple data points/looking across all of those to find common themes Experience with Analyzing multiple data sets Able to synthesis data sets and create recommendation and articulate those Strong verbal and written communication skills Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
