Job Purpose

As part of Modular Mining’s Product Strategy team, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for the assigned product lines and therefore have the opportunity to define, analyze, scope, and prioritize product requirements. You’ll be tackling tough challenges that require innovative out-of-the-box thinking, an understanding of our customer’s business and operating environment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound business decisions. Create a competitive strategy for the assigned product linesEstablish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product executionAct as the liaison between our business and development teams to identify market opportunities, drive the reduction in the time-to-market, and launch completed and marketable products to the end useMaximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the normA strong desire to understand the why behind actions and to truly understand the core problem within every opportunityCollaborate with technology platform Product Owners and Software Engineering to provide application and implementation guidance and direction to achieve product release and deploymentTriage support issues requiring Software Engineering support, in collaboration with technology platform Product OwnersIdentify and document opportunities for innovation while working closely with internal and external end users and various mine technology groupsContribute to the sales and support process by providing clients and our regional sales teams with thoughtful responses, product demonstrations, product release bulletins, and value measurement toolsAn adaptable attitude when it comes to managing projects

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering or related discipline5+ years of Product Management or related experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong initiative, customer focus, leadership, and interpersonal skillsOrganizational and analytical skills
