Description:* I. Develop relationships with various market customer representatives (i.e., procurement, engineering, product support and quality) to present capabilities, and benefits of HAUS products versus competitor alternatives.
II. Establish and maintain direct lines of communication with market customers to ensure timely, complete responses to customer inquiries and coordination of engineering development requested.
III. Responsible for negotiating and administering contracts and agreements with market customer’s in accordance with HAUS strategy and target. IV. Define and translate market customer requirements into value added products and services HAUS will provide at a reasonable return upon delivery. V. Review blueprints, plans and other customer-generated documents to develop and prepare proposals. VI. Prepare monthly order reports, forecasts and periodic market intelligence update outlining customer trends impacting HAUS product sales and marketing program development. VII. Responsible for program scheduling and tracking, budgeting, planning, correspondence, report writing. Report project status to senior management. Identify schedule and budget problems; propose and implement solutions to minimize impact on project objectives.

Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a minimum of five years experience in design and project/program engineering in aerospace electrical products, specifically avionics trays or wiring harness assemblies and avionics physical installation. General knowledge of aircraft electrical specifications, mechanical design practices, strength of materials, and familiarity with materials and processes used in the aerospace industry with a preferred experience in the fabrication of wiring harness assemblies and connectors Familiarity with program and project management Familiarity ARINC standards Familiar with airframe manufacturers’ recommended standard practices and quality expectations. Experience in or possession of the following a plus: Certification of electrical systems Govt contracting Working knowledge of FAA/JAA regulations required. FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) a plus.
