The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Product Manager will provide expertise to drive the development activities and handle cross-functional interactions with all departments within MHN. The Product Manager is responsible for the ongoing enhancements of product development. They will work with various teams across the organization to review existing processes and facilitate the gathering of requirements for requested enhancements and development to the product, improving organizational efficiency and optimizing the products performance.

Regularly monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues.Establish requirements and specifications for existing and new productsLead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of product needs.Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholdersDevelop metrics to assess the success of products, support and features to determine necessary enhancementsCollaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
