About The Role
Are you interested in joining a product team to learn and improve your skills in product delivery? As product manager your role is to be the customer spokesperson, product visionary, team champion, and a strategic leader of the Channel Marketing product category at Incentive Solutions.
This role has responsibilities that encompass the entire product lifecycle — from customer discovery to product delivery. You drive the product strategy by understanding customer needs, the product, and the overall market. This is largely an external-facing role with key stakeholders including customers, analysts, partners, sales, marketing, operations, delivery, and the product team. The Product Manager should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases and increase revenue. The skills and experience necessary include proficiency working on/leading complex technical development projects, advanced customer engagement skills, advanced problem-solving skills, and a sound understanding of basic computer software and engineering.
Responsibilities
Assist with product discovery including but not limited to user interviews, analyzing user data to gain user insights, market research, and product landscape research will be leveraged to build the future roadmap and prioritize product features. Research competitive products and markets to suggest changes to our existing technology and/or to create new technology applications and tools. Interpret market trends and commercial feedback into tangible business value. Communicate a cohesive product strategy for both internal and external use. Support Sales and Marketing with industry thought leadership. Strategically define innovative and disruptive solutions to drive market leadership. Collaborate with internal customers, including development, marketing, operations, management team, and sales for GTM strategy and end-to-end release management. Actively work with external, internal, and prospective customers to elicit requirements, feature requests, etc. Influence Product Roadmap for the company’s products and new feature requests. Assist Product Owner role in detailing requirements and grooming backlog. Assist in the Agile product development process including gathering requirements, writing product requirements, translating into user stories and defining support/training documents. Day to day work with agile scrum teams to remove impediments, participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint review and retrospectives and constantly be communicating to key stakeholders to gain alignment around the feature. Product and technology support for the business on pre-sales and post feature launchLead the planning and product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Aide in the development of new business lines. Ensure the product evolution has a direct, positive impact on Net Promote Scores from customers, partners, and staff. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in product management, with 2+ years as Product Manager. 3+ years of Agile experience working with agile projects and scrum teams. Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.)Basic project management skills. Experience breaking down requirements, recommending solutions and organizing to deliver it. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle. Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies. Experience with competitive research. Self-starter, ability to work autonomously. Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate across departments. Excellent problem-solving skills and decision making using qualitative and quantitative analytics. Experience engaging regularly with customers.

Physical Requirements
Travel – Must be willing to travel for onsite client visits as needed. Ability to lift 10 pounds (laptop for remote work)Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time. Move about inside the office for meetings and to access office equipment. Ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer utilizing a phone with headset. Operate a keyboard for system access and email communication
