Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Product Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Human Resources clients in for a Remote position.

Responsibilities: In this role, you are tasked with building data and BI solutions to drive efficient and compliant HR operations for our clients Build scalable data and BI products that drive HR/ Talent reports and insights Collaborate with stakeholders across Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering to design and implement impactful products Lead planning and vision sessions with business and technical teams and develop product roadmap. Discover, validate, and document requirements Transform requirements into feature specs/user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team Proactively manage cross-system dependencies to mitigate risk and ensure scale and reliability of the platform and solutions Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog Work closely with engineering teams through the release cycle, from initial rollout to subsequent improvements Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers
Required Skills: 5-7 years of product management or equivalent experience Proven experience in conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing data and BI products
Experience with building datasets using SQL, and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools Articulate in defining product requirements, writing functional specs, and user stories Results-oriented, with an attention to detail, and the ability to work at all levels within the organization Highly analytical and deep focus on using data to drive decisions Strong ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing Ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships and work multi-functionally Understanding of data infrastructure, including storage models, data lakes, warehousing, analytics, data movement, and ELT/ETL technologies and practices Technical Product Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
