We are seeking an experienced and transformational Group Product Manager who will build a strategy focused on innovation and growth, product P&L creation and management, and deep go-to-market alignment (business development, product marketing) in Vanco’s of Faith market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Align roadmaps to enterprise business strategy and value creation.Create and manage a product P&L view and manage the roadmap and related investments to drive product profitability and commercial success.Model the mechanics and discipline for product assessment to drive better understanding of product market positioning, right to win, SWOT, and competitor analysis.Drive maturity and discipline in business case development for product investment.Managing and mentoring a world class product management team focused on ensuring an innovation and growth roadmap delivering an optimized product P&L and aligned with go-to-market teams and activities.Collaborate with Program Office and Product Development to ensure the delivery of high-quality capabilities at speed reliably, consistently, and securely.Collaborate with the go-to-market team early and often to ensure successful solution design and product launch.Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements
Who you are:
You have 7-10 years of product management experience driving enterprise value through innovation, growth, and a disciplined product P&L approach.You are an energetic and collaborative leader with experience leading and managing remote and multi-location teams as well as third-party resources.You have a track record of building and developing a strong team and implementing a culture of accountability.You can understand market forces, competitive pressure, and innovative drivers and have experience driving execution.You are a strong communicator with a track record of fostering collaborative environments, negotiating challenges, explaining product and roadmap considerations, and recommending solutions.You have a background in payments and/or in non-profit markets.
