Are you a detailed-oriented Product Manager who takes initiative, is able to drive projects, manage deadlines and speak up when needed? Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in communications to join their dynamic team. As the Product Manager within Communications, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication strategies are developed and implemented to promote ramp up for member in the Medicare Part D space. This is a remote contract role working roughly ET or CT hours.
Portfolio Note: Candidates must have proven experience in Product/Project Management, Medicare, and regulated industries in order to be considered for this role.
You Will:Deliver specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Product Management job familyContribute to analyses supporting product direction, advertising, pricing, budgets, profit and future development plansIdentify opportunities to maximize product/brand exposure and sales and is an advocate and champions of their product’s brandAssist, coordinate or lead portions of small/simple projectsComplete day-to-day Product Management tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team membersBe mindful of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issuesResolve non-routine issues escalated from more junior team membersHave a blend of Product Management/Product Development responsibilitiesHave some Client Interface (mostly internal), Account Managers, Fulfillment, Printing and Internal SMEs
You Have:At minimum an Associate’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. (English, Business Administration)Some exposure to Medicare Part D communications or similar regulated industry productsFull knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and to work effectively under tight deadlinesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
