Location: Bay Area, CA or Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Roles And Responsibilities
Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog. Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy and manage roadblocks to achieving product goals. Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. Required Skills:
Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals. Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value. Should be able to provide product support like managing product backlog, test new functionalities and ability to document the business requirements, create end-user documentation, etc. Should have 7+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of software development projects and project management experience. Must have affinity with audits, business continuity and regulatory requirements. Good at familiarizing with new applications. Must have strong communications and presentation skills. Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
