Cloudpermit is hiring a full-time SaaS Product Manager, who will work in close cooperation with our Product, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success teams to ensure the customer’s voice is heard.
The ideal candidate for this role believes in continuous improvement and actively looks for ways to make our SaaS Product better, faster, and more user-friendly.
Responsibilities and Duties:Customer insights management.Product portfolio and backlog management.User experience planning in collaboration with UX designers.Roadmap management with Business and Product teams.Feature specifications and analysis, in conjunction with the Development team.Product and Development team participation, including architecture discussions and scrum process related meetings.Manage new product development and go-to-market process.Manage all product-related documentation in collaboration with Technical Writers, including product data, process descriptions and support articles.Assist in product- and domain-related questions by customer support.Review and analyze customer requirements.Assist in product- and domain-related questions by customer support.Review and analyze customer requirements.Assist the marketing department in creation of product related material.Support sales activities in proposals, product requirements.Continuously maintain a knowledge of our user base and their experience, understanding their needs and seeing the product from their perspective.
Qualifications, Skills, & Past Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher.5+ years of experience working for a community development, GovTech SaaS company, or local municipality.Ability to understand UX and XS (User Experience & Customer Experience)Ability to see the product vision, and share that vision with our customers.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Negotiation skills.High emotional intelligence quotient.Leadership and decision-making skills.Problem solver, especially when it comes to end users’ problems.
