CVP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Manager to join our growing team to support our federal healthcare client. As a Product Manager, you will perform all aspects of business and product ownership analysis in a Scaled Agile development environment. As a Product Manager, you will guide the team through the delivery process and facilitate discussions and identify work. You will support all phases of the software development life cycle including gathering and translating business requirements, following development tasks to completion, and investigating ways to optimize current functionality and processes.
Design and implement workflows to gather and document requirementsManage and maintain the product backlogDesign, develop, and execute product roadmaps for federal health IT customerCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical requirements to assist development teamsFine-tune mechanisms to capture product metrics and customer feedbackEvolve the understanding of customers to solidify a strong product visionWork closely with, and support delivery team members, including technical experts5+ experience in managing requirements for software delivery and digital productsStrong technical experience in ensuring product delivery as per the product visionAbility to plan, design, and maintain product roadmapsExperience eliciting, analyzing, prioritizing, documenting, and tracing software requirements.Experience communicating with Project Stakeholders, technical and non-technical, in differing roles and various levels in the organization to identify, analyze, and prioritize requirements.Experience facilitating meetings and workshops between cross-functional teamsExperience working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or Agile software development lifecycleAbility to obtain a US Security Public Trust Clearance; (U.S. Citizenship Required)Bachelor’s degree
Understanding of AWS cloud platform and system engineering conceptsSAFe Practice Consultant certificationExperience working with Federal Government clients is strongly preferred
