Product Manager – Wireless Services

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation, and validation, from conception to the initial launch or throughout the service lifecycle. Define functional requirements for wireless services. Oversee product development, including requirements gathering, project planning, budgeting, test design and execution, and release management. Communicate product requirements effectively to various departments, including IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Sales. Lead the vendor selection process, ensuring the delivery of quality products. Develop, maintain, and distribute standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including implementation plans, project schedules, issue logs, meeting minutes, risk assessments, and contingencies.
Must-Have Qualifications
Professional experience in Product Management, with a focus on wireless services. Professional Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly with sales funnel configuration at decision phases, cart, and checkout. UI/UX front-end experience. Knowledge of microservices, swagger, and a basic understanding of react applications. Experience in use case, story, feature development, and technical refinement with architects. Scrum team project management experience, including working with UX, QA teams, product releases, and insights. VOC (Voice of Customer) analysis skills. Budget tracking, Business Requirements Development, MS Project, Vendor Management, Visio to create function flow diagrams. Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
