Job Details

Jobot is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to staff a position as Product Manager. As Product manager of the interior design materials portfolio, you will serve a critical and central role in the development of product strategy for the North American market. Responsibilities include

Analyze product performance, competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develop strategies for each product group based on your research, analysis and experience.

Direct and oversee all aspects of product lifecycle management including understanding market demands, trends and the competitive field.

Work with the sales team to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies and provide the technical support documents.

Support product launches through training (internal and external) for each product.

Support the Sales Team with product and business model related topics.

Build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Represent the organization in local associations.

The ability to quickly integrate into a faced paced market environment.

The ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining high levels of self motivation

If you have at least 5+ years of product management experience within particleboard, thermally fused laminate, excellent organization and prioritization skills, strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to your audience and build rapport quickly, are skilled in portfolio management, product marketing plans, project management and have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed than this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
