- Strong Understand of the E-Commerce-Supply chain management, product management experience into e-commerce order management system architecture knowledge, order orchestration, Orchestration sequence of fulfillment steps for processing an order, forward and backward planning and e-commerce B2B business model best practices.
Required Experience
- Proven track record of 10+ experience in product management in leading/executing large /complex E-Commerce projects.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other agile development frameworks.
- Experience in Agile software development process to execute against a planned product roadmap, driving outcomes with a measurable level of impact.
- Strong technology background (any technology will suffice) and be willing to get into technical solutioning, if required
- Skills to lead digital / technology / business transformation projects in the past.
- Adept at working on different project management methodologies.
- Specialization in business administration or a related field will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsbiltites
- The Product manager of Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be responsible for owning the product roadmap leading strategy, successful planning, coordination, and implementation of solutions to address supply chain platform requirements.
- Work directly with the supply chain business SMEs to understand, prioritize, and advise on application focus and rollout.
- Collaboration with Digital and SAP platform team and Business leads for regular releases & roadmap and strategy and measurably drives business KPIs
- Continuously improve product offerings and launch product features through a deep understanding of Order Management, e-Commerce and Supply chain business needs
- As a digital product manager, you will lead and collaborate with cross functional teams to design the scope, support with on-site implementation and troubleshooting of the manufacturing execution system software to ensure delivery of an optimized solution for the supply chain processes
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships.
- Assess business risks, issues, and impediments being experienced by the product team and suggest mitigation plan.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans.
- Plan and carry out product launches. Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.
- Help team in Delivering robust solutions and follow continuous improvement process based on customer feedback, market research and product metrics.
- Monitor/Review team s progress through recurring meetings and present the progress to senior management.
- Leverage strong communications skills to collaborate and work with diverse Centric and Client teams to achieve project objectives.
- Apply Project management experience in developing and applying techniques and methods around leadership and change vision and metrics, executive alignment, stakeholder management, communications and engagement planning and execution, impact analysis, readiness, sustainability plans, and learning.
- Apply a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the Client while achieving a project’s desired outcomes.
