To learn more, visit www.wondrhealth.com.PURPOSE:A Wondr Health Product Manager will help manage engagement, coaching, and community initiatives for the company, responsible for planning and execution of the roadmap. This Product Manager works with other departments to ensure features are aligned with the company’s business goals. The right person for the position is an effective collaborator and executor of a clear vision. They work cross-functionally across the business to understand participants, clients, accounts, and market needs. They are empathetic to various users of the Wondr Health product suite and create simple and effective solutions. They approach the work in iterations, focusing on data and learnings to drive the future product roadmap.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Drive customer value and impact of Wondr Health products and solutions to change the way members eat, sleep, move, and feel.
  • Product definition and deliverable tracking
  • Product lifecycle management from concept, launch, analysis
  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor product development, evaluate, and measure results.
  • Develop metrics and needs for the product to succeed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to deliver the best solutions.
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions, and products through leadership and decision action.
  • Tactically execute short-term goals such as new features for high customer impact.
  • Ability to understand and partner with technical and design teams on projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience in Design, Design Systems, and Components
  • Basic copywriting skills
  • Experience with health & wellness, weight loss, mindfulness, content, nutrition, activity, coaching, community, weight loss medications, prescribing partners, or sleep tracking

QUALIFICATIONS:Education: B.A/B.S. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Product Management, or related fieldExperience:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of product team management across geo dispersed teams

GENERAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

General office working conditions can be remote work from home or in the office. Each department head determines if position is work from home or hybrid meaning works from home and in the office as needed. Work schedules vary. When working in the office pod workstation area has little or no privacy. Involves extended periods of sitting at a workstation performing computer duties. Constant flow of interruptions by personnel, visitors to the area and telephone calls. Private workstations are available as needed. Certain positions are assigned to an office.
