Role Description:

Caitec is looking for a full-time Product Manager to support the development of new products and large customer proposals. The Product Manager will work closely with the CEO, Sales Team, and Design Team. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to manage the product lifecycle from concept through termination. The ideal candidate is driven by something extra deep under their skin, willing to challenge how it has been done before, and eager to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

This role needs to have a consumer packaged goods background. Information systems, software, or data backgrounds will not be a good fit for the responsibilities of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect feedback from customers, sales personnel, and industry data to identify new product opportunities.

· Acquire an understanding of the Caitec product development process, manufacturing lead times, and delivery timelines.

· Develop new product roadmaps and manage the process to ensure key milestones are met.

· Communicate deadlines and progress on key launches or proposals to stakeholders.

· Gather all product information required for entry into ERP and customer portals, leveraging factory contacts and self-performing measurements as needed.

· Draft PowerPoint presentations for large customer proposals in collaboration with sales personnel.

· Work with suppliers, customers, design and sales personnel to manage the new opportunity proposal process through completion.

· Assist in the development of pricing and quotes for approval by management.

· Update and maintain accuracy of all product offerings and pricing in pricelists, sales materials, and the ERP system.

· Manage all customer portal integrations and any required updates/entries into these systems.

· Perform ad hoc product analysis and forecasting as required.

· Act as the liaison to offsite sales personnel.

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business or Marketing.

· At least 2 years’ experience in a product management or buyer role.

· Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

· Must possess high degree of ownership and resourcefulness.
