This role is responsible for driving the direction for a mobile app and web application that surfaces proactive insights to the Tim’s franchisees. Tim’s franchisees rely on these applications to understand how their business is performing day to day. This role is responsible for designing an exciting roadmap and setting the future vision for a product that impacts thousands of Tim’s franchisees.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and field teams, to define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and requirements. This role will lead the product development process, from ideation to launch and monitors the product performance and feedback after launch.

Essential Duties

Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for new and existing products. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders. Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly and engaging user interfaces and experiences. Coordinate and manage the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery of the product. Analyze and report on product performance, user feedback, and market trends, using data and metrics to inform product decisions and improvements. Continuously research and evaluate the competitive landscape and industry best practices to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field. 3+ years of product management experience in a software or technology company. Experience in developing and launching analytics and insights related products Experience with franchisee relationships or the QSR industry is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive product outcomes.
