Product Manager

DayToDay Responsbilities:

Proven experience in product management, with a focus on IT infrastructure products and services.
Strong technical background and understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud computing, storage, and security.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands effectively.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
Experience with SN platform architecture and functionality
A fundamental understanding and experience using ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, CMDB principles. ITIL v3 Certification preferred.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Ability to create and manage short and long-range schedules for software releases.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Promoter of Agile methodologies
