You will manage the roadmap and ensure each product release is successful by championing collaboration throughout the team and across the organization, driving continuous improvement and representing the voice of the customer with your understanding of the market. You will take responsibility for what features are built, helping the cross functional team of developers, designers, and testers understand vision and priority.
Duties And Key Responsibilities
Leading the product development team
- Take accountability for the successful delivery of all roadmap releases and features along with achieving product goals and KPIs using data to help inform and prioritize product decisions and priorities.
- Proactively problem-solve product development issues and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
- Lead discovery sessions with internal stakeholders and validate opportunities and solutions with internal customers as part of defining and managing the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the next 3-5 years.
- Own the direction of features for the design systems.
- Break the product vision into product releases and features that continuously deliver value to the customer.
Managing product metrics
- Clearly define product metric goals and the right mechanisms to collect, track, report and react to the data. Report on product metrics with leadership on a regular basis.
- Ensure organizational readiness and keep development, design, and product teams up to date.
- Assist with product positioning and key messaging.
- Possess the knowledge and the tools to be ready for internal training and demos.
Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, design or equivalent combination of education and experience and 2+ years of experience in a software product manager role
- Familiarity with managing multiple roadmaps and mapping user flows; understanding how people use complex products or broad suites is a plus
- Record of delivering features on time with quality and value (with an ability to modify scope)
- Familiarity working with software development methods such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing, modules, agile development, etc.
- Experienced/comfortable working in a highly technical environment, working with software development and user experience teams
- We work in a hybrid model; 3 days in the Weston FL office each week is required. Local candidates are highly preferred

- Analytical skills to understand product vision and break it into smaller but still valuable pieces
- Ability to work independently to define and prioritize product features
- Communicate well with a wide variety of people. Engineers, architects, designers, customers, peers, etc.
- Self-motivated and passionate about product
- Inclusive and supportive of others with different perspectives and backgrounds
- Experience working with a team abroad
