This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:

Responsible for product planning and market research activities designed to increase product sales growth and expand market share. Ensures products are marketed within budget to obtain maximum profitability. Develops and implements strategic sales and marketing policies and objectives. Evaluates and adjusts strategies to respond to changing and/or competitive markets. Identifies and maintains relationships with product partners, third party vendors, etc. Contributes to product development based on client needs.

What you bring to the role:

  • 4-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management building customer experiences for a B2B or B2C platform.
  • Experienced professional individual contributor with the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Will manage projects/processes and coach/lead and review the work of lower-level professionals and assist with aspects of their job.
  • Problems faced are difficult and often complex, should have the ability to influence others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
  • Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.
  • Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.
  • Specialist in technical or business skills.
  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • Experience working with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of products across customers & internal associates.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Looker, Adobe analytics and experimentation platforms preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 – $150,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
