Job Description:

• • Bachelor’s Degree and four or more years of work experience
  • Agile and Waterfall project lifecycle experience; familiarity with JIRA
  • Has UX/UI experience
  • PMP
  • Proven reputation as a leader and consensus builder with strong critical and strategic thinking skills
  • Have led or was a key player on projects with multiple systems, workstreams and stakeholders
  • Ability to review concepts with stakeholders/customers in an easy to understand manner and turn that into a vision for digital experience
  • Can take a project from conception through implementation including Go To Market activities

Even better if they have…

• • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Digital experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers.
  • Design Thinking certification
  • Ability to analyze what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
  • Previous Verizon experience

• • Self-starter with great analytical, qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability make well thought out decisions and ability to present ideas and complex information effectively to individuals or group
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating with stakeholders across several lines of business gathering information and requirements on projects
  • Ability to write user stories, working with design team and customers to define a best in class user experience, and incorporating needs of service and operations teams, legal and compliance
  • Support the writing and execution of test cases and coordinate UAT and pilot testing
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong background of organizational skills and
    attention to details
  • Ability to work in an deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
  • Experienced and well versed with all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Develop presentations using G Suite tools as required
  • Facilitate creative problem solving
  • Establish strong collaborative working relationships
  • Influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve results
  • Progress work forward independently, and with some supervision
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback in order to incorporate sentiments, recommendations and needs into a future proof user experience
  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards, processes and controls pertinent to a successful launch that will result in increased adoption, increased online transactions, and improvement in OSAT scores
