Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and prioritize user stories from scratch
- Prioritize work based on value
- Product road-mapping
- Sprint planning
- Backlog grooming
- Sprint cadence and sprint demos
- Attend and participate in daily stand-ups, iteration planning session, product demos
- Communicate direction and product priorities to the development team
- Ensure product is aligned with company, stakeholder and end-user priorities to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Working cross-functionally (Engineering, User Experience Designers, etc.) to drive value and collectively identify and resolve impediments

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2-4 years experience as a Product Manager working in a software development environment
- Experience writing, prioritizing and accepting user stories
- Roadmapping and planning skills
- Experience with a story management tool – JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, Miro, or similar tool
- Experience with backlog grooming
- Experience communicating and influencing functional and technical team members
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience breaking down large piece of work into manageable chunks
- Agile experience (sprint planning, stand-ups, guiding a team through iterations, etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree
