What We Do

Product Management defines, promotes and communicates the strategic roadmap for current and future products. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, understand current business process, challenges, and opportunities. Identify potential products and emerging markets; conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications; create product roadmap; conduct competitive assessments and product positioning; and craft marketing strategies/campaigns for new product introduction/launch. Act as primary contact and product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, and user acceptance. Works with customers to develop and prioritize high level product requirements and ensure customer satisfaction and goals are met. Work closely with technology, sales and other cross functional teams to determine plans for product implementation, upgrades and deployments. Participate in creating and driving product positioning and customer messaging.***Remote Candidates are encouraged to apply!***

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and drive product vision and ensure a shared understanding across all stakeholders
  • Develops, defines, maintains and communicates the product strategy, product features, roadmap and release plans. Prioritizes goals and objectives.
  • Collects analytics and acts to address shortcomings identified from the data collected. Communicates and help solves for product issues and risks; understands and communicates relative pros and cons of various product offerings
  • Customer advocate focused on understanding customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and reflecting by developing impactful positioning and customer messaging
  • Participates in go-to-market planning and execution for successful market launches for product launches and key initiatives. Collaboratively develops product marketing campaigns. May create product collateral to articulate the benefits and value proposition of Company product lines
  • Develop processes and metrics to understand customer use cases, package those insights, and promote them in a way that drives customer adoption.
  • Measures customer satisfaction: defines and measures the success of changes made to the Product. Creates action plans to address when success measures are not met. Conducts regular feedback sessions to gain valuable customer feedback on the product being developed.
  • Define value proposition, messaging and product differentiation.
  • Understands and communicates cost options
  • Subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, gaining an understanding of similar products to identify product gaps, assess and address competitive threats while developing sales tools to overcome client objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders and all levels of management
  • Experience in product development, requirements and risk analysis, user story writing, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, and financial planning and strategy
  • Experience with commonly used product management tools/techniques including JIRA, Azure DevOps, SQL statements, Microsoft suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams), Slack, Gherkin story writing format, JSON, XML, API’s
  • High level of business acumen, strategic agility, ability to develop others, influence outcomes and change, and negotiate for resources
  • Strong interpersonal skills with keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
  • Strong decision making, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and Project Management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ directly related experience in a variety of product management roles
  • Demonstrated leadership experience

Salary Range: $94,800 – $155,000

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.#techreferral
