The Microsoft 365 Storage Fabric team is responsible for ensuring that the M365 service is always highly available, resilient, durable, performant, compliant and efficient. We are looking for a Principal Product Manager with excellent technical skills, the ability to analyze and derive insights from data, good partner- and customer-engagement skills, and above all a desire to learn.
You will own setting the product vision and strategy for load balancing, a critical service on our platform. This will require understanding how load balancing functions within M365, collaborating with both internal and external partners to identify capability & opportunities to improve end customer experience gaps, identifying Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) saving opportunities, researching state of the art load balancing algorithms & applying them to our use cases. You will own delivering solutions in conjunction with the rest of the team that address our customers’ needs, are scalable, and efficient.

Product Management IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 – $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 – $282,200 per year.
