Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Digital Product Manager to join our growing Mobile platform team.
The Mobile Products team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobile product manager to help transform the mobile experiences that we offer to our Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers.
This individual will drive delivery of user journeys in mobile across onboarding, payments, lending, capital markets, and insights to deliver delightful, frictionless, and consistent mobile experiences for our customers.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a top subject matter expert to lead digital products, initiatives, for a functional area within the digital environment with enterprise impact, high risk and/or with significant scope, cost, and benefits
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant development and execution of digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact across multiple areas or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad-reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Coordinate highly complex activities and resolution
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence, digital strategy for the business line or enterprise that significantly impacts the organization’s business and financial operations
- Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Act as a mentor to junior product management staff
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Represent the company externally in industry networking and trade and technical events
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Mobile product development, ideally having shipped multiple native applications across iOS and Android.
- Fluent with operating in a scaled Agile environment
- Familiar with Commercial Banking use cases, opportunities, and challenges, and how those can be solved in a mobile environment
- Ability to work and influence successfully in a matrixed environment
- Background in, and appreciation for delivering Human Centered Design projects
- Ability to form close working relationships with design, digital, and product delivery
- Passion for creating innovative products that solve customer problems and meet business objectives
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team building skills, with a proven ability to work cross functionally to bring everyone across the finish together
- Experience building applications for business customers
Job Expectations:
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model and will not be a telecommute position, must be wiling to work out of San Francisco, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC or New York, NY approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range: $144,400 – $300,000 USD Annual
